Change with equity vs. Equity with change

Abstract

This document contains a series of concerns about the treatment given by the “Change with Equity” Plan to social issues. Bearing in mind that there is considerable existing material on the plan to analyze its inconsistencies, dark points, ambiguities, virtues, gaps, etc., it was considered inappropriate to continue along the same monotonous lines. In addition to this, the author of the document did not consider it justified to devote much analytical effort to the mansion plan given its qualities. It was therefore decided to consider the task as an intellectual exercise in which the Plan's approach to the above-mentioned aspect is analyzed on the basis of an alternative approach.
